A creator media kit is a one-page summary that tells a brand who you are, who your audience is, what your numbers are, what you have done for other brands and what you charge. The builder above turns seven prompts into that page, with the disclosure note brands increasingly expect.
What should a media kit include?
In short
About (your niche in one line), audience (demographics and locations), platforms and stats with dates, past partnerships with results, services and starting rates, and contact details. Results and audience fit matter more to brands than follower counts alone.
Think of the kit as the answer to a brand manager's three questions: will your audience buy, have you delivered for others, and what does it cost? Everything on the page should answer one of those.

What do media kit examples look like?
In short
A strong kit leads with a clear niche ("20-minute weeknight cooking for busy families"), shows audience data from platform analytics, lists two or three campaigns with views, clicks or sales, and gives starting rates per deliverable. Logos without results are decoration.
| Section | Weak | Strong |
|---|---|---|
| About | "Lifestyle creator" | "20-minute weeknight cooking for busy families" |
| Audience | "Mostly women" | "Parents aged 28–44, 72% US-based" |
| Results | Brand logos | "3 reels, 410,000 views, 2,300 link clicks" |
| Rates | "DM for rates" | "Instagram reel from $1,200; usage rights extra" |
Why do brands care about media kits?
In short
Because they choose between many creators and need evidence quickly. Brand deals are the main way creators earn, so a clear kit is effectively a sales document. Professional-looking kits also signal you will be easy to work with.
The market is large and concentrated. Goldman Sachs Research estimated the creator economy could reach $480 billion by 2027 up from $250 billion[Goldman Sachs Research, 2023], with brand deals the main source of revenue at about 70% according to survey data[Goldman Sachs Research, 2023]. Yet only about 4% of creators earn more than $100,000 a year, which is why the business side of your kit matters.

What disclosure rules should your media kit mention?
In short
In the US, sponsored posts must be clearly labeled. Saying in your kit that all sponsored content is disclosed reassures brands, who share responsibility for compliance. Use plain labels such as "ad" or "sponsored" in the post itself.
The Federal Trade Commission's guide for influencers says to disclose any financial, employment, personal, or family relationship with a brand, including free or discounted products[FTC, Disclosures 101], and that short labels such as "ad" and "sponsored" are fine when placed where people will see them. Put the note in your kit and follow it in every post. For your bio line, use our professional bio generator; the creative careers hub links the statement, CV and grant tools.
Frequently asked questions
What should a creator media kit include?
A one-line description of your niche, audience demographics, platform stats with dates, past partnerships with results, services with starting rates, and contact details.
Should I put my rates in my media kit?
Starting rates help brands decide quickly and filter out poor fits. Quote packages and usage rights separately, because they change the price.
How long should a media kit be?
One page, or a short deck of three to five slides. Brands skim; put audience and results where they are seen first.
How often should I update my media kit?
Monthly for stats, and whenever you finish a campaign with results worth showing. Date every number.
