- Check that you are eligibleThe published rules: Open to founders, researchers; For NSW-based ventures in space, aerospace or dual-use defence (non-lethal) technology.
- Gather the materialsYou will need: Application form answers.
- Write the answersCheck who the incubator serves (a university's students, a city's residents, a sector) and confirm you fit before writing anything.
- Submit on the official pageApply through the official page before 30 November 2026, and keep the confirmation.
- Follow upNote when results are due. If the organiser invites questions, ask once, briefly, after the date has passed.
Timeline
- By 9 November 2026Update deck and numbersRefresh the deck, key metrics and the one-sentence description of the company.
- By 16 November 2026Draft the answersAnswer every question plainly, with numbers you can verify.
- By 23 November 2026Record and reviewRecord the video if one is asked for, and have someone outside the team read the answers.
- By 28 November 2026SubmitSubmit early; some programs review applications as they arrive.

What reviewers of incubators look for
- Check who the incubator serves (a university's students, a city's residents, a sector) and confirm you fit before writing anything.
- Describe the next six months concretely: what you will build, test or sell, and what you need from the incubator to do it.
- Have a short business plan or one-pager ready; many incubators ask for one and use it in the interview.
