How to apply for graduate programs
Graduate programs hire a whole class of new graduates at once, usually months before the start date, and train them through rotations. They suit final-year students and recent graduates who want structure and a cohort.

Name two things specific to the program, such as a rotation or a training track, and link each to something you have actually done. Praise that fits any employer reads as filler.
Describe a time you worked in a team.
Pick one real example: the situation in a sentence, what you personally did, and what changed. If the result was modest, say so; interviewers test stories with follow-up questions.
